៣. រៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅ (GBC) កម្ពុជា-ថៃ នៅថ្ងៃទី4 ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ2025 ដែលកម្ពុជានឹងធ្វើជាម្ចាស់ផ្ទះ។

As a result of the fruitful meeting between His Excellency Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and His Excellency Phumtham Wechayachai, Acting Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, both Cambodia and Thailand have agreed on the following:
1. An immediate and unconditional ceasefire, which will take effect at 24:00 on July 28, 2025. This is a significant step toward reducing tensions and restoring peace and security.
2. Arrange an informal meeting at the level of military region commanders (Thailand’s 1st and 2nd Military Regions and Cambodia’s 4th and 5th Military Regions) at 07:00 on July 29, 2025, and continue to organize meetings with relevant military attachés and deputy attachés, led by the ASEAN Chair, pending agreement from both parties.
3. Organize the Cambodia-Thailand General Border Committee (GBC) meeting on August 4, 2025, with Cambodia as the host.
His Excellency Samdech Thipadei, Prime Minister, expresses gratitude to His Excellency Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim for initiating and facilitating this meeting and acting as the host. His Excellency Samdech Thipadei also thanks His Excellency President Donald Trump for supporting the ceasefire negotiation process to build peace, with the United States acting as a co-organizer of today’s meeting. His Excellency Samdech Thipadei also extends appreciation to the Chinese government for consistently supporting and encouraging both parties to seek a ceasefire and actively contributing to this special meeting.
